About the trainers
Our training and consulting work is headed by Custom Communication directors Matthew Yeomans and Bernhard Warner. Since 1995, they have documented the growth of online business as editors and writers for publications such as Time, Reuters, Wired, the Industry Standard, Fortune and The Times.
They have spent the last five years advising FTSE 100 companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, Tesco, PwC and HSBC on social media and have worked with many major agencies including launching DDB’s social media offering in the UK. They have taught social media and journalism at New York University, Cardiff University, John Cabot University and e-consultancy.
