Rachel England is editor of Social Media Influence, and has worked with the team since 2011.

Rachel started her journalism career in 2003, editing her university’s newspaper in a cold portacabin infested with spiders. She’s since edited a variety of magazines, including arts and culture titles and environmental publications (one which – most notably – required her to dress up as a bin in the name of recycling awareness).

Her preoccupation with social media means Rachel frequently injects words such as ‘hashtag’ and ‘like’ into real-life dialogue, which often confuses and horrifies conversational partners.
