LinkedIn is a tricky one. Its inherent nature as the ‘Facebook of business’ means that brands often overlook the platform when seeking out new customers, preferring instead to go straight to Facebook itself for likes and engagement. However, Josh Turner, founder of LinkedSelling.com and LinkedUniversity.com, argues that the channel can play a crucial role in any brand’s sales and marketing strategy, provided they know how to use it properly.
