There are a slew of dos and don’ts for brands on the social media landscape, and while those higher up might have these nailed, new starters, interns and those fresh to the world of social might be less sure. It’s crucial that a company’s entire staff is on board with its social media strategy, and knows what’s okay, and what’s certainly not.
