Infographic: Making the shift to business social with minimal disruption
Despite the prominence of one of 2012’s biggest emerging trends – business social – many companies remain reticent in getting on board, viewing social tools as a burdensome ‘extra’ rather than ingraining them in practice for smoother, more efficient operations.
Revenue marketing blog Eloqua and data visualisation firm JESS3 have teamed up to paint a contextualised picture of where the traffic jams on the social business highway are happening, juxtaposing old paradigms with new, and illustrating that for every business foot there’s a social shoe that fits.
It’s not an exhaustive report, but it provides a more-than-adequate glimpse into the state of play, underlining areas of disruption and – hopefully – indicating how problem areas can be addressed.
