#SMI12 presentation: The aim of social business = engagement at scale
And last but far from least, we have our final #SMI12 presentation to share with you. It is Headshift founder Lee Bryant’s fascinating keynote presentation on how the companies of tomorrow are deploying social tools within their operations to encourage collaboration, spark new ideas and improve productivity. You’ll want to download this one.
There are plenty of big take-away points in this one, namely that companies need to truly be “social on the inside” in order to capitalize on social engagement. Bryant takes us through a few steps on how this is done and how companies can measure the success (or stumbles) of their efforts.
Reminder: if you want to see the #SMI12 videos of Bryant’s presentation, plus all the panels and keynotes, click here.
