Great tips! I especially liked #9: "Dont be afraid to experiment/fail". Behind every great idea are a hundred horrible ones. But the horrible ones are what make the great one so good.

Really enjoyed the conference yesterday, there was a lot of new information but also a lot of things that we already knew, which was reassuring to think that we are keeping abreast of the developments in this area.

We always try to include some aspect of social media every project we undertake - be it branding, exhibits or websites - but as we heard yesterday, companies aren't always receptive to the idea so it was fantastic meeting so many like-minded people!

Looking forward to what the future brings in this area :-)
