Forget “Twitter Strategy”, what do you know about your customers?

Jeremiah Owyang of Altimeter Group recently delivered a presentation on what he calls his “four laws of social business.” And, yes, there are more than four laws to heed, but these should correct some of the many misconceptions out there about how to implement social media into your day-to-day business operation. It requires a lot more than social media-savvy. It requires patience, an ability to listen and then respond.
