Coca Cola’s fans first approach in social communities

Each week we’ll be on the look out for the best social media in action presentations so that we can share with you and create an easy to find directory for Social Media Influence readers to access.
Here’s the first in the series, a  presentation by Michael Donnelly, Group Director of Worldwide Interactive Marketing for Coca-Cola that was created for the iStrategy2010 conference.
In it, Donnelly outlines an approach that many of the top brands are adopting, namely be where your customers are and move beyond campaigns.
