As a keynote speaker I regularly address conferences such as National Risk 08 at the Barbican in December 08 and the World Conference on Disaster Management, Toronto. I was the architect of the Cabinet Office's advice on media and the release of public information in an emergency from 2000 to 2008. My public sector clients include the MoD and BERR.
